MONTREAL (Quebec) - Today, the organization's administration council has adopted the change of company name. From now on, the enterprise will operate under the name of Othentik Technologies. The new name is more representative of the organization's latest mission, and accentuates the company's principal field of activity.
"Last year, we introduced our HyperPayment solution, and began the development of our new business model", clarified Patrick Rioux, president and CEO of Othentik Technologies. "Othentik Technologies is a pioneer in the field of solutions for secure payment/fund transfer on the Internet. We want to become the standard in the area of payment processing on the Internet between web surfers and on-line merchants, or simply between web surfers, using the on-line banking services provided by financial institutions," added M. Rioux.
